Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. This is where I share my story-the highs, the lows, and everything in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of one and a quarter I was accepted into my parents. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I strived to make them proud and had tunnel vision for achievement. I had a plan in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of success, life had different plans. In 2013, I found it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was wasting my time. My love of fitness and my desire to socialize with people helped me find my new calling as a personal trainer. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. Being an Asian woman in the industry, there are a few of us. My aim in the industry is to build a more durable and healthy lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can achieve their goals, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. As my professional career took flight I also lost my mom. This loss is the hardest of all. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to remember her in my mind and in my heart. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us, but they can be extremely beneficial. The sudden death that changed me forever. It was a true blessing. that it provided me with a chance to experience life. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is a sense of awe and vitality. It feels like that I'm living my life, and not just existing. My life is shared with me so that I may share with you my experiences and thoughts. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the best wealth. My hope is to live your every moment to the fullest and have a end is without regrets because that's all we can count on in this life.
